At DeCicco's In Brewster
From 11am - 3pm
Sample GF baked goods: special occasion cakes, rainbow cookies
and other treats - all made in our gluten free facility.  

There will also be cookies, fudge, apple crumb pies, pumpkin pies,
cake pops and cupcakes on hand for sale.

Accepting special orders for the holidays and will have our
special order brochure on hand. 

Spoonful Of Sugar Bake Shop will be working with DeCicco's
in Brewster to offer customers an option to order
special occasion cakes and to pick them
up at their bakery department.

Dr. Green at Vassar Hospital Sept. 18th!

Peter H. R. Green, M.D. is Professor of Clinical Medicine, Columbia University, and Director of the Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University, New York, New York.
Dr. Green is one of the few physicians in the United States with an intense clinical and academic interest in Celiac disease and is author on more than 130 publications in the field of Celiac disease and has lectured on Celiac disease at many medical institutions throughout the United States and internationally. He established the Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University and is author of Celiac Disease: A Hidden Epidemic. Dr. Green will present new information regarding Celiac disease and gluten sensitivity at the September 18 Hudson Valley Support group meeting held at Vassar Brothers Medical Center Joseph Tower Auditorium.
Date: Tuesday, September 18th, 2012
Time: 5:00 pm check-in -- 5:30 pm presentation (45 minute talk followed by Q&A)
Location: Vassar Brothers Medical Center Joseph Tower auditorium, 1st floor (next to Dyson Center)

Gluten Free vendor refreshments will be offered by Shop Rite.
In lieu of an admission charge, donations will be appreciated and accepted at the door on September 18th. Please make your check payable to "Trustees of Columbia University." You may also send your donation to the Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University, Harkness Pavilion, 180 Fort Washington Avenue, Suite 934, New York, NY 10032 and reference the Hudson Valley Support Group. Proceeds will benefit the Celiac Disease Center's research program.
