Since Celiac Disease causes damage to the intestinal track and thus malabsorbtion of calcium, it can lead to osteoporosis and other auto immune diseases. We need to make sure we get both Calcium and vitamin D. The sources of calcium are dairy products, green leafy vegatables and calcium fortified foods. If we supplement we need 1000-1300 mg./day. We also need vitamin D to use the calcium. We get vitamin D mostly from the sun, or supplements. Weight bearing exercises will also help prevent or treat osteoporosis. If your doctor approves an exercise program, it should include weight bearing aerobics (3o minutes 5 times a week) and a variety of at least 10 calisthenics that address all body parts 2-3 times a week. Weight training should not be done two days in a row. Posture is very important as well.
Some great restaurants that people have had good experiences at were also discussed All Shook Up at 44 Raymond Ave., Pok, caters to Celiacs as well as diabetics. Also, Beacon Bagel has great fresh bagels every Saturday all day and on 2 hours notice during the week - 466 Main Street in Beacon. They strive to use the best ingredients - no chemicals, emulsifiers or preservatives and local Vermont products like Shelburne Orchards Cider, Cabot Butter, Monument Farms Cream and VT Pure Organic Maple Syrup. However, to those who are sensitive to cross-contamination, please be advised that their products are not recommended. They have several people with wheat sensitivity, Celiac disease and other food allergies who enjoy their products on a daily basis. We had sesame seed, plain and "everything" bagels with a couple of different cream cheese spreads. The owner, Art, has a Celiac employee so he is on board in all the cross contamination issues we face. These were truly the best gf bagels I have had. Art desires to serve the community and was concerned that Celiacs could not eat his bagels. He has changed that with his new Gluten-Free Saturdays:

"Gluten Free Saturdays will happen each Saturday from 9 am until we close. We will serve a variety of Bagels on these days that will eventually grow into each flavor we offer to the general bagel public and each bagel can be dressed with any of the cream cheese, tofuti, or salads we offer on our menu. As word gets out, I hope to offer GF bagels every day, but for now I can make them to order with 2 hours notice."

Beacon Bagel is located ar 466 Main Street in Beacon. To call and order bagels: 845 440-6958. We learned that General Mills now has six different recipes of chex that are gluten-free. Just check boxes to be sure you do not have an old one that is not gf. We decided the best gluten-free bread out there is a tie- Glutino breads and Lillians French rolls- the later sells at Hannaford. A;so, Katz' s Challah bread is selling at Nature's Pantry now and the four Betty Crocker gf baking mixes have hit the shelves. Great Deal: Ocean State Job lot in Fishkill has Bob's Red Mill gluten free mixes for less than the health food or grocery stores. As far as restuarants, Soul Dog in Poughkeepsie remains tried and true for gf breads, pizza, baked goods and of course their gluten free lunch menu. Remember that Chicago Uno also has gf pizza at no extra cost.
The following is Lyn's easy and delicious recipe for graham crackers.
Scott Adams’ Graham Crackers (Gluten-Free), from Lyn Burnstine, 845-483-0650

1 cup gluten-free flour mix(Lyn’s note–you can use your favorite blend of GF flours. My standard one is: 2 parts rice flour, either brown or white, 2/3 part potato starch--not potato flour– and 1/3 part tapioca flour)

¾ teaspoon xanthan gum
1 cup brown rice flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ cup soy or quinoa flour (I, Lyn, used Teff)
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup packed brown sugar
7 tablespoon chilled butter-cut into pieces
1 ¾ teaspoons cinnamon
3 to 4 tablespoons cold water
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix together flours, brown sugar, cinnamon, powder, soda, xanthan gum, and salt. Using your fingers, work the butter into the dry ingredients. Stir in 3 tablespoons, honey and vanilla. If dry add a bit more water (1 tablespoon at a time). Gather into a soft ball sized ball and refrigerate at least one hour (I usually leave it overnight, covered).

Roll out to 1/8 t- ¼ inch thickness (I use parchment paper), cut into squares, prick lightly with fork and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before baking. (I skip the last step if we are going to frost them).

Bake at 325F for 12-15 minutes. Watch carefully as they burn easily.

June Meeting

Despite a low turnout, we had an incredible treat from Oliva Pierre-Louis of The-Lite-Ful Cheesecake. We sampled five of the fourteen delicious flavors of cheesecakes that are available. Ann was a New York magazine writer and editor when she was diagnosed with Celiac disease a dozen years ago. Ann’s role in the gluten-free community extends beyond the pages of the magazine. She has conducted informational conferences on both the east and west coasts to educate Celiacs. Her commentary on important Celiac issues has been printed in the New York Times and the Philadelphia Inquirer. A number of books about Celiac disease include excerpts of her magazine’s investigations into food ingredients. Her advice for a healthy gluten free lifestyle is to use foods as close to the source as possible. The best foods are considered "whole foods", foods that are organic (no chemicals), minimally processed, low in sugar, and high in nutrients and fiber.
For example, fruits and vegetables should be fresh and minimally cooked. The more color diversity, the more diversity of nutrients. Cook the rainbow! Meats should be lean and include fish. Legumes such as dry beans and lentils are high in protein and fiber but low in fat. Nuts, raisins and coconut are also great sources of whole foods. Dairy is high in protein but should be purchased low fat. There are great sources of grains for those who are gluten free, as well. Whole grains such as buckwheat, quinoa, brown rice (including black mahogany), bean flours and millet add fiber and protein. Grains should be high in fiber but have a low glycemic value (low in spiking insulin response to sugar). If you shop the around the perimeter of the store, you will find a palette of whole foods: refrigerated foods like meat and dairy and perishable foods like grains and produce. This type of eating, often called Mediterranean, is great for overall health and for helping inflammatory diseases.
Since organic foods can be expensive, we can make meals from scratch. Soup stocks can be made by simply boiling chicken with some celery and onion for 30 minutes. In the spirit of autumn, Diane brought in home made spicy molasses cookies from one of our new cookbooks.
Lyn announced that she is offering her time to be a resource person for those who have questions about living with Celiac disease. If anyone wants to contact her, please do so between 10 am and 12 midnight. Her number is: 845 483-0650.
Barbara gave reports on the health fairs she has been involved in. Please let us know if there are any local health fairs that might allow her to participate as a voice to raise awareness for Celiac disease.
Diane announced the new addition of a reference library. So far, we have accumulated two different grocery shopping guides, a gluten free cookie cookbook and Dr. Green's book on Celiac Disease. We are adding more donations of magazines and books, and all will be available at every meeting. Items are for reference only and may not be checked out, but you can brouse before and after the meetings.
We discussed upcoming speakers and Virginia reminded us that if we have an interest in a certain speaker coming to our group, to please let her know.
Hints: the Dollar Tree in Poughkeepsie (Rt. 9) is carrying gluten free cheese curls and potato chips. Bob's Red Mill has a gluten free pasta recipe online. You can access it by googling "Bobs Red Mill". There is a great restaurant in Highland: the Highland Cafe", serving gluten free food including breads! We also had a discussion about "Teff", a grain high in protein and fiber that we can substitute in bread recipes to add iron and protein (1/4 cup per loaf).

New Reference Library Available

Books, cookbooks and magazines all related to Celiac living will now be available at every meeting for Hudson Valley Support Group members to puruse. Joan's son has a history of gluten intolerance, which motivated her to discover ways to make food taste like "normal". Her bagels, pizza and cookies come frozen and can be baked in your oven; English muffins are defrosted and toasted. They maintain their great taste in the freezer for months, as well. Because Joan earned her BS in health education and has taken great care to have her products be healthy, here are no trans fats and no artificial ingredients. English muffins are egg, soy, diary and gluten free. She currentkly has 45 stores and Sheree will contact our local Nature's Pantry to get them stocked there if they are not already. For more information on Joan, visit her website at gfgreatbakes.com.
We also have an opportunity to buy a grocery guide from Cicilia's Marketplace. This guide not only addresses gluten free food, but also vitamins, supplements, skin and lip care and medications. Sheree capably led an informational give-and-take with several newly diagnosed visitors, assisted by veteran member attendees. Barbara Porzio notified us by email that Dr. Green will be speaking at the next Westchester Celiac Support Group on Sunday Sept 21, 2-4 pm at Phelps Medical Center in Sleepy Hollow NY. Those planning to attend should arrive early to visit the vendors with their free samples of GF food. She called our attention to the Colin Leslie Walk for Celiac, (9/14) at Rye NY High School with GF lunches by our own local wonder, Soul Dog restaurant, and shared with us information about some new gluten free food products made by Schar, and by Nature's Highlights. Lyn read a nostalgic essay about her family's traditions of bread-making, from her recently-published memoir, and passed around
samples of her own teff bread, and graham cracker and teff bread recipe copies.
At our next meeting on Tuesday, September 16, Joan Popkin from G.F. He brought along some delicious samples of bread and cookies and a lot of helpful information. He reinforced the idea of using dedicated utensils and bake ware, and recommended a bundt pan for baking bread (bakes evenly). He also recommends using our own recipes and substituting GF flours. "Structure is what makes a good product?", Chef Coppedge said, "You need gelatinization of starches and coagulation of proteins (eggs are great)." Some other tips include the use of carbonated water to aerate baked goods, and a longer baking time at a lower temperature. Chef Coppedge has a book coming out in September and offers classes in gluten free baking to the public at the Culinary. He also informed us that Celiacs can be accommodated at the Culinary Institute restaurants if reservations are made ahead of time.
Another new treat is that Cafe Aurora (Poughkeepsie train station) carries gluten free products. After the board was introduced, Linda Freeman, founder and president,
distributed lovely business cards that we can easily hand out to people and restaurants to further increase our visibility. She announced that Conte’s GF ravioli is now available in several flavors at Nature’s Pantry. (I later added that Stop & Shop carries flourless chocolate mini cakes, to die for, in their frozen pastry section, called Simply Enjoy.) It was also announced for the Catholics among us that there is a safe gluten free communion wafer being made; that there is a new bakery and café in Kingston--“Something Different”-- that makes GF sandwiches,
pizza, and baked goods; and that the Eating out group had a wonderful brunch at the Highland Café. (The Café was very cooperative and will continue to provide GF food on request). Robin & Mandy reported on the group’s activities, which you can find out about by clicking on the link
for Mid-Hudson Valley Gluten-Free Outings Meetup Group on our website. Virginia, who is also our speaker coordinator, then gave a wonderful, informative presentation, complete with handouts, that gave us valuable data about how much of various nutrients, minerals and vitamins, protein and calcium we should all aim for and the best sources of them. She told us the name of GF diet supplements–Naturemade; the most effective timing for taking these supplements in relation to other foods; how to figure your personal caloric needs; the proper size of servings; fiber requirements; iron-rich and non-dairy calcium sources; and shared with
us her recommended food pyramid. She handed out charts of many of these topics, and answered all of our questions. Thank you, Virginia. The meeting was well-attended with several new faces.

May 20 Meeting Update

Hi All,
Our speaker for tonight, Holly Anne Shelowitz, has injured her back and is unable to attend.

The good news is that Virginia Cambalik, a registered dietitian and certified dietitian-nutritionist at Vassar Brothers Medical Center (who is also a Celiac and support group member) has graciously volunteered to speak in her place.

Virginia's talk will focus on Balanced Gluten-free nutrition, including sources for vitamin B12, Calcium and iron. She encouraged us to be informed as a consumer, and to select a restaurant wisely after an interview process as follows:
First, call the restaurant, inform them of the allergies (or intolerance) and ask if the cook feels comfortable serving us. We want to communicate with the manager and chefs before we even decide to go eat there.
Second, go in and meet the manager. Explain the gluten free diet or allergies and again ask if the chef is comfortable. We want to be pleasant, but also serious and assertive.
Third, go in again and ask the chef what is on the menu tonight. It is best not to go for the first time on a busy Saturday night. Ask for the "chef de cuisine" (the hands-on chef). We don't want a bus boy, owner, or even the executive chef who does the schedules, budget and buying. We want the chef who cooks the food.
In all these interviews, watch them to see if they "get it". If they don't, leave. If the server gives you an eye roll or you feel they are not listening, leave. If the eating experience is a good one, and they were very helpful, tip well and send a thank you note. When we go back, we should ask for the same server and chef. By the third time, they remember us. Be loyal and go often. Some executive chefs like the diet cards (like Triumph), and there are guides (also Triumph) to restaurants who have gluten free menus. The Triumph guide has an introduction that tells how to create a relationship with the restaurant staff.

March 18 Meeting

We had a great meeting in March beginning with the discussion of updates on research according to the National Celiac Organization. The latest newsletter offers an opportunity for participating in the research!- email: clintrials@albatherapeutics.com or call 1 (877) 415-3282.
Barbara continues to have "Celiac Disease, A Hidden Epidemic" by Dr. Peter Green and Rory Jones, for $15 instead of the usual cost of $25. It was also noted that a Celiac diagnosed by biopsy in the last three months may call (773) 702-7593 for a free gluten-free package from the University of Chicago. This package is a basket of gluten-free resources including foods.
Our guest speaker was Nurse Practitioner, Lori Brown Halbert RN, who spoke on the medical follow up for the disease. She reminded us of the increased risk for lymphoma, especially in the first seven years from diagnosis, and the tendency of a vitamin B12 deficiency. She recommends yearly blood work, B12 supplements (250-500 mcg/day), baseline bone scan and annual or biannual chest X-rays (to detect lymphoma). Lori also recommended "Digestive Advantage" lactaid pills for tough lactose intolerance. Lori's mother was also in attendance and spoke on their new group (associated with the National Celiac Awareness Foundation) which will educate the public, especially public schools, on Celiac Disease.
In April, our guest will be "allergic girl" Sloane Miller, who will be speaking on lifestyle issues and challenges with gluten intolerance and allergies.
Diane

February Meeting

We had a great February meeting at Vassar Hospital! Some decisions have been made regarding group. First, we will be meeting from now on at 7pm-8:30pm instead of 6:30-8pm. This will enable us to have more accessibility to the larger room, which we have grown to need! Also, we will not be joining the CDF (Celiac Disease Foundation) as a group. But, we do encourage everyone to join as individuals. This gives us a greater voice in the national arena and provides money for the CDF to promote our concerns. The cost is $35 a year and the CDF provides lots of helpful information sent in a packet.
Barbara has the book on Celiac Disease by Dr. Peter Green and Rory Jones available at the meetings for $15 (instead of the regular price of $24). This excellent book on Celiac Disease is also available at the local libraries.
Sheree showered us with wonderful samples of donuts, cinnamon rolls and brownies for our snacks, and our speaker, Becky Hopper brought her amazing black bean brownies. Becky, a family nurse practitioner at Vasser, spoke on living with a gluten free lifestyle. Emphasis was placed on planning ahead and not assuming what ingredients are included when eating out. Also, what calcium and fiber supplements have gluten (caltrate and citracel are OK) She also handed out recipes from Chef Richard Coppedge from the Culinary Institute. She has taken the Culinary Institute class and loved it. It was a real treat when Chef Coppedge came to the meeting! He is in charge of allergy cooking at the Culinary, and especially gluten free cooking. He has a new book coming out soon and will be able to come back and bring us treats!
Becky passed around a catalog with a wonderful little gadget- a plastic zippered pouch for rolling out pie crusts! It is $5.95 and is in King Arthur's "The Baker's Catalogue" The phone number is: (800) 827-6836 (item # 735131).
Remember that next month our meeting will be at 7pm instead of 6:30!

Diane

January Celiac Support Group

We had a record turnout at our January meeting with about 50 people present! Marion is trying to get us in a bigger conference room for that reason. We also had the Poughkeepsie Journal there and look forward to an article and pictures soon!
With many new people attending, Linda began with a reminder of our purpose- to share information about dealing with Celiac disease. A brochere on Celiac disease for the community was handed out to all to promote education to the public. A number of restaurants and stores were mentioned that are friendly to Celiacs:
Gracie's Cafe 1643 Rt. 82 in La Grangeville (GF menu)
Angelo's Seafood & Steakhouse 47 E. We can let Nature's Pantry know what we would like.
March 15th will be a GF day at Nature's Pantry. This is a "can't miss" opportunity! They have vendors and many samples to try free.
Clan Thompson's Celiac site has excellent references for medications: http://www.clanthompson.com/index.php3
We discussed upcoming speakers like "allergic girl" who cooks and gives tips for those who have multiple allergies. Our speaker for February will be Becky Hopper, Vassar Hospital Nurse Practitioner. She will be speaking on why she is GF and sharing great ideas for shopping, cooking, eating out, medications and educational resources.
We also discussed the new Gluten Free Meet-Up Group. This is a great group for getting to know other Celiacs ! Check out the link on this page for upcoming events ! The next event is a Valentine's cookie swap on Sunday, Feb.10 at 2 pm. Linda is also working with the Jersey City and NYC Celiac meet-up groups to coordinate some events together. In the meantime, we have been invited to join the Jersey City group on 1/27 for two events: January Gluten Free Market Vendor Fair & Shopping Trip and Post-Vendor Fair GF Family Style Italian Feast @ Maggiano's!!
http://celiacdisease.meetup.com/100/calendar/7006440/
http://celiacdisease.meetup.com/100/calendar/7006642/
For our speaker this month, we had Doug from maxwell's kitchen who made delicious meatballs in gravy for us to sample. He is a Celiac with both his father and his son being Celiac's as well. He presently is offering four gravies (chicken, turkey, pork and beef) sold in packets for $2 each or 3 for $5. In two months, he will be offering cup of soup as well. His products are largely organic, all natural with no dairy or shellfish and low in salt.
We hope to see everyone at our next meeting (Feb. 19th at Vassar Hospital 6:30-8pm) We will have samples of food and treats for you to take home!
Diane

December minutes

The Celiac support group met on January 18th and had a great time encouraging each other! Since we were a smaller group due to the holidays, we were able to focus on our individual questions and needs. Cathy Selber made incredible Pumpkin Spice Cake from a recipe she got when she did the Culinary Institute GF Cooking Class. (She shared the recipe). Kathy Ferland made a spice cake using Glutino brand mix. Yummy as well.

Sheree Green did her usually magic and showed up with boxes of samples to give away (she uses a hand truck to cart all this stuff). I'm eating the most delicious Lady Finger cookies from a company called Shabtai Gourmet.

Two new members came with info:
Tovah has started a GF outings group. It's an opportunity to socialize and go out to eat together. You don't know how relaxing it is to go out to eat with other Celiacs and be the majority with food needs rather than the minority. We went to an Indian restaurant for the first meeting. To join visit celiacdisease.meetup.com/113

Andrea has a gluten intolerance workshop on Thursday Nov 29 from 7-8:30pm in Beacon. Contact her at 231-2470 or andrea@soulterracholistic.com to register and for more info.

Linda gave out copies of Gluten-Free Living and recommended folks subscribe. http://www.glutenfreeliving.com/

Between all the munching, we had a general discussion about dealing with the holidays. Eating turkey stuffed with stuffing is NOT OK! Most people were not too concerned about getting through the holidays and were content to bring their own dishes or make sure what they were eating is safe.

Also, Linda has a connection to Alice Sherwood "Allergic Girl" who offers allergic lifestyle coaching. She also has an allergy free cookbook. You can check her out at MyAllergyNetwork.com
You can also email her at: allergicgirl@gmail.com. Her blog is: allergicgirl@blogspot.com.

And finally, there were enough people who wanted to come for a December meeting that Marion said she would be there. So the next meeting will be Dec. 18 at 6:30 at Vassar Bros. Hospital.

We hope to see you in December!
Diane

New Celiac Social Group

If you are interested in going to the first meeting of the Gluten-free Bay Celiac Outings Meetup Group (see favorites) it will be on 5/11 @ 7 PM at the Suruchi Indian Restaurant in New Paltz (5 Church St.) To RSVP go to:
http://celiacdisease.meetup.com/113/calendar/6611710/

Gluten-Free Bay
http://glutenfreebay.blogspot.com

October MInutes

Greetings Fellow Celiacs!

We had a great meeting Tuesday with the "Groovy Baker"! She specializes in gluten-free baking as well as ANY allergies you have. She lover a challenge! You can still see her on Fridays at the Poughkeepsie Farm Market in the Toys R Us mall from 10-3 for two more weeks only. Her last week will be 10/26. Otherwise you can reach her on email.
Sheree gave a glowing report on the open house at Nature's Pantry in Fishkill last Saturday. There were a large amount of samples as well as lots in information given out. There will be a gluten-free Thanksgiving at the Nature's Pantry on 11/3 from 10-3 and we need VOLUNTEERS to represent the group. Please contact Sheree: sheree_green@yahoo.com to volunteer.
Linda reported on the Celiac walk in Rye, NY on Sunday. There were about 1,000 people walking as well as vendors, samples, lectures, and Dr. Peter Green speaking. (Dr. Green runs the Celiac Center at Columbia University)
There will also be a health fair on 11/3 from 10-4 called the Circle of Health Expo. Besides Celiac issues, this will be an alternative health expo. For info: www.circlesofhealthexpo.org.
It was decided to have Margaret (our secretary) take up a collection for expenses. Linda informed us about an opportunity with the National Organization where we can join the National Celiac Organization as a group for $25. This gives us all rights and privileges and a lot of information.
Next month, we will have a special food demonstration by "Maxwell's Kitchen" which will include how to make gravy! We will also be distributing "Gluten Free Living" magazine, and Sheree will bring her recipes from the gluten-free class at the Culinary Institute. PLEASE try and make it so it will be worth the time of our food demonstrator to come up!
Diane

September Meeting

We had a great time sampling the multitude of gluten-free treats that Sheree had gotten us from various vendors! The publicity committee is also doing a great job as our meetings are well attended and the word is getting out.

We are now using a blog to communicate instead of the old website. Robin has purchased this domain for the next five years, and we are using the free blog service to post our meeting minutes and updates. To gain access, email Linda at hudsonvalleyceliac@yahoo.com. She will give you the OK and you'll be able to post.

Dues were discussed and we decided to pass a hat for donations on the honor system for various expenses such as paper goods. Discussion on joining the National Celiac Organization yielded mixed results. Since Diane and a few others are currently members, we have decided not to join at this time. Membership can be on an individual basis.

Margaret agreed to be our secretary. Thanks Margaret!

Topics such as cooking from scratch and finding good restaurants were suggested as future themes for meetings.

Nature's Pantry is having an open house 10/13 from 10-4 pm. This is an excellent source for variety and the prices are pretty good. Overview of Topics Covered:
1. Results of support group survey and future of the group
2. Celiac news & local action
3. Product samples

II. Details of Topics Covered:
1. SURVEY RESULTS & FUTURE OF THE GROUP
17 people responded to the survey. Unanimous decision to continue to grow the group. It was deemed very important to provide food samples and speakers, as well as public outreach to let people know that this is an important part of our meetings. Discussion included possible membership dues. No definitive decision was made on dues.

Several people volunteered to assume various roles:

TREASURER & FOOD SAMPLE COORDINATOR
Sheree Green
sheree_green@yahoo.com

PUBLICITY COMMITTEE
Lyn Burnstine grammylyn1@juno.com
Stacy Howlett mrsgulch@hotmail.com
Joanne Youlio youlioj@yahoo.com

SPEAKER COORDINATOR
Virgina Campalik NEED EMAIL

POSTCARD PROMOTIONS
Jenny Teague souldog@teagues.net

COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR
Diane Harris dianeharris57@juno.com

It was decided that we would discontinue use of http://www.eatingwithout.com/ in favor of a new site http://www.hvceliac.com/ . This new site is in the form of a blog. As our communications coordinator, Diane will post the agenda and overview of each meeting, as well as send out reminder emails. For this reason it is important to ensure that she has your emails. You many post comments to the blog, but it will not provide a discussion forum as the former website did.

2. CELIAC NEWS & LOCAL ACTION
Nature's Pantry Store grand opening on 10/13. Location route 52 in Fishkill at the old A&P. They have offered a table for us and we need volunteers to spend some time at the table during the course of the day 10-4. Please contact Sheree Green if you are interested. Any amount of time would be helpful. Great opportunity to let the community know about Celiac and the group.

Celiac Walk-thon on 10/14 in Rye, NY fund raising for Celiac Disease Center at Columbia.
Scroll through posts in this blog for information.

3. PRODUCT SAMPLES
This was the highlight of the meeting!

LINDA baked brownies & cookies courtesy of mixes she received from Namaste Foods (the cookies were excellent!)

JENNY & ADAM came from Soul Dog with two trays of goodies to sample (yum)

SHEREE provided an abundance of samples for the group to take home and try, and lots of information. No kidding. She had boxes and boxes of stuff. She will be bringing Pamela's samples to the next meeting and raffelling stuff off. Don't miss it.

NEXT MEETING SEPT 18 6:30-8pm

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://hvceliac.blogspot.com/2007/08/august-21-meeting-actions-decisions.html' title='August 21 Meeting Actions &
